First let me state that I truly preferred Randy Cohens Ethicist segment and was disillusioned when it finished! In any case, I think he got this one wrong. A business is not any more qualified for a complete bookkeeping of your past than any other person is. Your activity as an up-and-comer is to clarify what in your past has set you up to and exhibits that you will carry out the responsibility well to state here are the reasons I would exceed expectations at this specific employment.
